Shandong Province Migrant Workers' Rights Protection Workstation was established in April 2007. It is the first public welfare legal service company in the province established by the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association according to the deployment of the All China Lawyers Association and approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice. Specialized agencies. On September 22, 2011, with the approval of the Department of Civil Affairs of Shandong Province, Shandong Sainty Legal Aid and Research Center was formally established as the first non-profit legal service and research institution in the province.

In the initial stage of its establishment, the workstation mainly provided legal assistance to migrant workers. In January 2009, the workstation expanded the scope of assistance and established migrant workers' rights protection center, environmental polluter rights protection center, disabled rights protection center, elderly rights protection center, women's rights protection center, and minors for different disadvantaged groups. Six centers including the Center for the Protection of Human Rights and Interests handle a large number of legal aid cases for migrant workers, environmental polluters, the disabled, the elderly, women and minors, etc., protecting the legal rights and dignity of the parties. In addition, from time to time, workstation lawyers go to construction sites, enterprises, schools, etc. to carry out relevant rights protection knowledge training, and go to railway station squares, labor markets, residential communities and other areas where migrant workers are concentrated to conduct law popularization.

The workstation has come to the forefront of the national public welfare rights protection organization and has won praise from all walks of life. Director Liu Pifeng was awarded the "National Outstanding Lawyer in Protecting Workers' Rights and Interests" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Justice and the All-China Lawyers Association, and was awarded the National May 1st Labor Medal. One public welfare lawyer won the honorary titles of "Shandong Province Outstanding Lawyers for Safeguarding Workers' Rights and Interests", "Shandong Province Enriching People and Xinglu Labor Medal", and "National Advanced Individual in Safeguarding Women's and Children's Rights and Interests", and one person was awarded the "21st Shandong Youth May 4th Medal."
